Keyrenter Triad 21-Point Screening Process

April 14, 2025

We have created a comprehensive tenant screening process that naturally eliminates bad tenants. Our aim is to secure tenants that will meet all rental requirements throughout the duration of the lease and will take care of the property. This process is the foundation of the property management experience for our partners and their teams.
